They came out to address an issue with my tenant's furnace. They got the old furnace limping along again, but did identify some major issues with the old furnace. I got a salesman out there a week later and we discussed a replacement (the furnace was about 30 years old). They gave me a very good price and got it done two days later. I would recommend them for your furnace work.

Long story short...we had a scheduled service visit with another HVAC company and were told we needed a new furnace immediately due to a cracked heat exchanger. They gave us some options ranging in price from $6500-$8000. We then decided to get a second opinion and boy are we glad we did. Zachary came out right away with some options for replacement and we couldn't believe how much less expensive they were. We proceeded with the purchase and the installers were here at 8am the following morning to install our new furnace after a night of not having one. Jeff and another gentleman proceeded with the install and upon disassembly of our old unit told us that the first HVAC company lied to us and that the only "broken" part could have been replaced for very little money. And certainly wasn't a part that would cause us to have to turn off our furnace. I highly recommend Landmark. Trustworthy, prompt and courteous!

I had Landmark replace my 21 year old furnace and AC. I found the experience to be very good. From the representative who came to qoute the project, to the office staff arranging the install and rebates, to the three person crew doing the install, everyone was friendly, informative, and professional. The install crew took extra care to leave the house cleaner than it was before. Using my Costco discount, I got better equipment than other companies quoted at a better price. One huge bonus is Landmark's 5-year warranty on labor. That is better than the industry standard of 3-years. I hope I never need it, of course. I'm very happy with my decision to use Landmark and Lennox for our HVAC system.
