Wohlers Heating & AC

Do not ever hire this company unless your job is incredibly simple and straight forward. Hired Wohlers to install a three head mitsubishi mini split. Original installation was late June and not completed per written estimate. I was told that they could finish installation per the estimate for an additional fee. No communication about arrival time, for any of the now six visits to my home. Took three weeks and many phone calls and emails to get them to finish installation per written agreement. It looks great now, except yhey broke it during their last visit. No power to indoor heads and three of their techs have said “sorry, we don’t know why.” This started on Thursday and initially, I was told “our service guys are really busy, and we don’t know when they can come back.” It is now Saturday night and I still have no AC. They have come to the house but they say they “don’t know what’s wrong with it, have no parts on hand, and can probably fix it by Wednesday.” I paid Wohlers $12,0

Wohler's diagnosed my a/c was not repairable on a Thursday and Wohler's put in the request for extra manpower to get a new unit installed the very next day! Since living in Cottage Grove we have used Wohler's for all our heating and air needs, they are top notch!!
