Concerning Nosilla F's review: I've checked with the entire team and also checked our service records and we have no idea what this person is talking about. If there is an unresolved issue, we would like the opportunity to make it right, but we don't know who she is????? She does seem to have quite a few negative reviews for well established entities in our community. There is a Spring Green Lawn Service review where she talks about having to open the gate for them to get in. I checked with our Techs and nobody can think of a customer that has gates we need opened to get into their property. I hired them to do inspection and service in the fall I told him I thought the blower didn't sound right to me they assured me everything was in good running order and would make it through the winter it didn't even run for a day in the motor burned up and they did nothing about it so I purchased a new furnace through another contractor
