Our water heater went out late afternoon and they were at our house first thing in the morning with a replacement. I was impressed that they still had the serial number and warranty info from our old water heater even though it was 8 years old. The guys did an excellent job on installation!

I got in over my head on a DIY freestanding tub install and asked a neighbor if he could recommend a plumber. He told me about Benzshawel Plumbing and I called them on April 13. The friendly receptionist listened and offered to schedule me for a visit but advised me it couldn't happen for about a week. I thanked her, but told her I couldn't wait that long. (I resolved the problem that afternoon.) At 8 am April 14 the doorbell rang and I met Gino. He said he heard I was having trouble and "was in the neighborhood and just wanted to see if he could help." Who does that? It's pretty clear these folks care. The next time I need a plumber I know who I'll call!

Awesome job. Scheduled very promptly, arrived on time, and did the job right. I would consider using them again. UPDATED 2/21/23. Stays at 5 stars. Continue to use them as they're a decent rate, timely, professional and just good guys and gals. Thank you again- we had them install a RO unit along with two faucets. Great workmanship and schedule availability.
