Very nice people! I like they would send a message when employee's were coming over with a picture and short bio about them. A crew from Minnesota did the actual install. Mike in sales, very nice guy! I didn't like the way he would not break down or itemize each piece. Like what is the cost of the air conditioner. What is the cost of the furnace and what would be the labor cost. When asking that question he would go around it. Not fair to the customer. I actually did feal like I was not getting a fair deal or that I was making a decision that I could do a comparison with. Kind of a pressure sales deal where I had to order in now and the purchase guy was waiting to order. If I didn't agree, the cost goes up 18%. All in all... The people were very nice .the install went smoothly. Hopefully this product will be trustworthy an dependable.
