I emailed Robinson Heating last evening about my chilly tile floors, fully expecting them simply to phone today and schedule the appointment. No! Bright and early this morning, I get a call from Kevin who is out in my driveway! I was still asleep! By 9:30 a.m., Kevin checked and tweaked everything, provided homeowner education on the infloor heating system and boiler. How’s that for customer service? Top notch, if you ask me!

A technician named Caleb came out this morning in -35 degree weather to check out a rental property we own in Green Bay. They coordinated everything with us over the phone as I'm multiple hours away on training. The staff was fast and incredibly reasonably priced; we expected to be price gouged due to the weather and weren't. For our situation they were even able to fix the problem on the spot and get the furnace working properly. He even called as soon as he was done to explain the cause, the solution, and the cost. I can't recommend them enough.

Call 7am, spoke with a very helpful lady. Made my appt for the same day between 2pm-4pm. Told me the cost and forms of accepted payments. Also told me there was a charge for a credit card use. Technician called 1:50 to say he could be here in 20 minutes. Arrived on time. Made the necessary repair to get my furnace working and all for the price I was told. I am not someone who does reviews but this experience was very impressive and worth a review! Kudos! Will use again and recommend!! Service: Heating system maintenance
