I was extremely impressed with the guys’ experience and the knowledge. Very thorough. They were able to troubleshoot my problem that I've been experiencing for years. Other electricians couldn't figure out the problem but Empire Electrical Service came in and found where the problem was occurring from. They fixed all my electrical problems. I highly recommend them. I will definitely be using them again.
Specialist did a great job. I input a service request on their website and the Specialist got back to me that same night. He was very responsive to my emails. He was able to come out the next day to install our Tesla wall charger and he did a great job. Only took a couple of hours to finish. Some of the other places we put in service requests didn't even get back to us or they charged way more than Specialists charged. I would recommend Empire Electrical Service.
Michael did a fantastic job of outlining what had to be done in order for our panel to be in compliance with our new homeowners insurance policy. He also demonstrated to me the panel box's excellent condition. He offered informed and amiable assistance. Additionally, Natalie offered a superb and welcoming scheduling service. Would highly recommend Empire Electrical Service!!
