The electrician was polite, respectful, methodical and quick in his work. Within just a few minutes, he effectively diagnosed the problem and replaced a number of things that had not been working. Most importantly, the wife was thrilled with the fixes. We couldn't be more pleased and will certainly be calling Empire Electrical Service next time we need service.
The team did a fantastic job installing a new whole home generator. It was a big job, but they stayed until they had tested the new set up and confirmed that it worked perfectly. They also did a great job cleaning everything up and working around our schedule. Empire Electrical Service was half the price of our other quotes, I would definitely recommend them for value and very professional service. Thank you!
Jimmy was extremely responsive, I contacted him on a Saturday and he was very accommodating in trying to assist us with our electrical emergency. When he came out he was puntual and he didn't try to over charge me for his service. I would recommend Empire Electrical Service for anyone that is looking for a great electrician especially in an emergency type situation.
