The Best Handyman team made my random home improvements so easy! From the quick response to set up a free estimate, to the impressive work they did on my projects around the house, to the helpfulness in getting me all the additional paperwork I needed for closeout. We had some work done on the outside of our house. We had fascia board sanded and painted and shutters painted. We also had some cosmetic work done. Chad was excellent. He was extremely professional and his work was first class! We are VERY pleased and would call on Best Handyman again for future work!

So you come to my house and promise to give me an estimate by end of the week (aka 2 days, this is not some major commercial project). I don't hear from you for a week and a half despite calling and emailing multiple times. Then I get a call saying how sorry you are and I'll get the estimate by end of day or following day. And then it still takes almost a week to get it after that. The cherry on top is the estimate is literally outrageous. Thankfully I found another company that quoted me literally a third of the cost, they actually took photos of some of the projects that they needed to prep for, they seemed interested in the job, and they were much more pleasant to deal with in person. I understand that my list may not be your $50k commercial project or some glamorous project to add to your portfolio, but it's a job that you supposedly should be able to do, and at the very least be respectful of my time and my willingness to hire you to do a job that should be easy for you to do.
