The entire experience was wonderful. Brian Josephs our Salesman explained everything about the air system to us. We had several other estimates done and his was by far the best. The installers Matt & Gage were very professional and courteous. They also cleaned up after the install. 3 weeks after the install, Karen from Customer Service called to check in on us regarding our satisfaction. It was a positive experience working with such a great team from Bay Area Services Inc. Top notch A+ Service: Install AC
Friendly people, everyone I spoke to. Easy estimate, great price, fast installation. I'm very pleased I called and got the new furnace to replace the 20+ year old furnace before another winter, and added central AC just in time for summer. Highly recommend.
We recently had our A/C system replaced and the original one was done by Bay Area Services 28 years ago. I guess evan a Trane doesn’t last forever. All of the people we dealt with very courteous and professional. The install was done in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up afterwards. We were very pleased with the installation.
