They listened, and consulted where necessary. The install crew was not only professional looking, by facilitated the install diligently and with a careful eye. Rock Solid put in about 150' of 6' privacy fence for us and we were very satisfied with the workmanship. Their attention to detail was second to none and every single board is placed perfectly. My wife noted that the crew used a level on every single piece of the fence from start to finish, and the finished product shows. Their communication left something to be desired, but that's because the guy answering the calls is also leading the installation crew. I've been there and understand the difficulty of running a business that you're working in each day. That said, they responded quickly to texts and emails but could've been more proactive on informing us of delays. Either way, the work was phenomenal. It's not the cheapest company in town (we got multiple quotes) but the attention to detail and incredible quality of the entire job from start to finish make it well worth it. I am very happy with the cedar privacy fence Rock Solid Exteriors installed for me. We bought our house 2 years ago and it had a steel fence that the previous owners had Rock Solid install. We wanted to replace one section of the fence with a privacy fence. The cost of the fence compared to other estimates I got from two other companies. I like how they use steel posts that are designed to be hidden pretty well behind the wood. Cody did a great job communicating with me leading up to the install. James and Noah did our install and were professional and friendly. They removed the existing section of the fence and installed the new section in just over 1 day. James checked in with questions throughout the install and even tuned up one of our existing steel gates that was sagging from my kids standing on it. Really the only issues I had was one of the posts that they had to dig out a tree root for was not fully filled in with dirt at the end and a section of my landscaping edging was ra
