We had a wonderful experience with Cliff Young Electrical. We were referred by a friend and we are so grateful to have found a professional, friendly, and highly responsive company. That is not always an easy task! Our home was struck by lightning and we had damage to many outlets and had a strong burning smell in the garage. The owners and staff are very polite and professional. They did some work for me at a commercial location and at a residential location. They were always on time and did excellent work. Called to make an appointment. They said they were booked 2 weeks out. Called back after 3 weeks, seems they forgot about me, had to take my information again and someone would call me the following week. No response from anyone. I wasted 4 weeks of time trying to get these unprofessional people out to install some outlets. Very unprofessional, unresponsive and unreliable. Don't waste your time with here. There's so many other companies in town that want your business.
