Ken and his men are and have been outstanding over the years. I have nothing but amazing things to say about them. They are able to respond to short notice and even during the Covid 19 crisis.
I had an electrical emergency and called this company - they were extremely responsive, wonderfully professional, kind and helpful. It was a great experience to a horrible situation. Could not recommend this company enough! EDIT: While the actual work they did was wonderful and I do not want to detract from that, trying to get in contact with someone who can help me is just outrageously difficult. The person who answers the phone cant help you at all!! After waiting two weeks for my invoice - I finally received it via email after I requested it twice. And in trying to pay, make sure you have the money readily available as they do not take credit. If you have an emergency, I'm not sure this is the best place for you.
If you want a company that cares, call Cliff Young. They completed two different jobs for us and knocked it out of the park both times. They were up front, honest, personable, and again, took care of us. We will definitely use them again in the future. Services: General construction, Installation
