I was attempting to setup a time appointment with Heather. She hung up on me when I was asking her for time slots to relay back to a tenant. Heather is a hot head - no customer service. She told me to call another plumber and hung up on me.
The water heater went out. Called, came the same day to fix it. Good work, the plumber was very nice, the price was fair. I will use them again. Service: Water heater installation
Was out to fix my water heater. Work was done quick and fast. 3 stars is for leaving my drain lines from my ac/furnace on my basement floor and not being put back into the floor drain. Had a nice pool of water on my floor when I saw what happened.
