Installed a water heater at my house bought from Shefchiks of Green Bay Wi. It has shut itself off in 11 months. I’ve had it every single month. I realize they didn’t manufacture it, but they installed it. I’m just the middleman I had to pay for it. Shefchiks is the one that ordered it and they should be giving me a new hot water heater. I know nobody cares but I’ve been going through chemotherapy for the last eight months and I don’t know how many times I couldn’t take a shower before I went to my oncology appointment because I had no hot water. The last time I had to have a bone density test and almost had to cancel it because before a procedure you’re supposed to take a shower and use antibiotics help but I couldn’t because I had no hot water again. Getting very frustrated and I talked to Heather and she was very rude on the phone and hung up on me and that’s fine cause I could be rude to. Every time in this water heater goes out. Extremely expensive and unprofessional. This company nickel and dimes you for everything. Charged over $150 just to come out and look at something without doing any work whatsoever and had absolutely no common sense. The receptionist, Heather, is so disrespectful and unprofessional. Everytime j have spoken to her or received a voicemail, has a nasty attitude, rude tone of voice and should not be in customer service. Will definitely not be using this company again and would recommend to look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

Sinclair pit a new water heater in and really did a great job. The old one started to leak and Sinclair got it out and had it replaced in an hour. They even cleaned the half bath that had water on the floor. Highly recommend.
