Scott visited our home within five days after we called him. He took out our old soft water unit, replaced an outside faucet, and corrected issues we had with a newly installed hot water heater (that installation was done by another plumber thru a Home Depot program). He remained focused and quickly completed the originally identified jobs but also patiently and thoroughly taught us how to correct other issues ourselves and familiarized us with our plumbing system.
