Update: 4 years later and same great service. Quick diagnosis of problem and quick repair. Serviceman Ray is top notch! Furnace went out on a Friday night. Called their phone service. Got a call back within minutes. Talked through it and the service man was at our home the following morning at 7:45a and fixed the problem on a furnace they don't carry. Our experience was amazing. From the technicians to Julie, the owner - all so knowledgeable and helpful. Our boiler went out, and it was cold outside, despite being spring. Julie went out of her to way to ensure our children would be warm until her crew could install a new boiler. She brought over electric heat - and that was incredibly thoughtful. She took the time to explain what we were purchasing, and why the products were recommended. I was amazed at the customer service all around - highly recommend.
