Bruss Heating & Cooling

Well after years of dealing with a lemon of a unit, T Bruss has been super patient (considering)......there was an install error and he did come out to correct it. He also tried several times to help us figure out why our unit is such a POS! HA, BUT......he did give valiant effort and he was pretty easy to work with....only reason I didn’t give him 5 stars is because of the unit itself. I wanted a Trane, and he convinced me to use this one (which I’m sure are good-but we got the not good one!!). I would totally recommend

We just purchased our new constructon home and our vents were making a noise when the heat cycle would finish - Nothing urgent but he came over same day to look/fix the issue. The next week it did start making the same sound again. I called - and he again came over same day and adjusted/added some things to our heat ducts to help get rid of the noise. Very happy with service and very responsive! I would recommend and will be using for future if we ever have issues. Service: Heating system maintenance
