Failed to show up for my appointments, twice
Fantastic service! Tom was prompt and very professional. We were without heat and he came within 1 1/2 hours of calling. Fixed our furnace and answered all our questions. Price was pretty reasonable. We will be calling Bruss Heating when we are ready for our new furnace.
Late to writing this review but Tom was a big help for us, both with our Furnace and AC Unit, last year. He went above and beyond to help us, after hours, when our AC unit had stopped working on a very hot night. I would recommend him to anyone in the area.
