My parents remodeled their house and the first night back the sewage pipe leaked and the toilets overflowed. Called Hansen's and they refused to accept any responsibility and told my parents that they need to call another plumber to fix it. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. This business is lazy and worthless. Do NOT call these guys for anything! Unless you enjoy having your money stolen.
Love the folks at Hansen, they responded to my sump pump needs and leaky pipe right away and did a great job. I will use them for all my plumbing needs.
