Dale's Heating and Air Conditioning is BY FAR the best value in the business. As far as completing HVAC repair/maintenance/installation, you have a tremendous number of choices. The majority of them would complete the work successfully. However, how many of them are responsive and punctual? How many of them will only try to sell you exactly what you need for your situation rather than the products they want you to buy? How many of them will be honest with you when you ask them about additional services? Will they just take the additional money, or will they tell you not to invest in something that will not benefit your comfort or energy savings? How many of them keep their profit margins low enough to pass those savings on to their customers? Over 20 years of home ownership I have used many different HVAC companies. Then I found out that my Dad was using Dale's Heating and Air Conditioning so I gave them a try. I can confidently say I won't have to continue company shopping,

Brian and his crew are terrific. I hired them to replace an aged AC system in my condo. It took some time to find the proper replacement equipment through no fault of Dale's. Zach got my no-heat service call on Sunday 2/14 -9F degrees, AFTER I called another furnace place that went out for $249 and said it would be $1500 to fix and they didn't have the part. Zach came out from Dale's and had the part from their inventory! My tenants had heat and a brand new draft-inducer motor and fresh air-cleaner too! Zach and Dale's saved the day without a doubt!
