Willie went above and beyond what some other businesses would do. He didn't just install a new AC unit; he made little fixes along the way that would improve the efficiency of my whole system. It's that type of attention to detail that you want from someone doing a major job on your home. I found myself spending a bit more time around the job as he offered explanations and shared knowledge as he worked. I'm already planning my next project with him to install a humidifier before winter.

Willie (Gold Star HVACR owner) is a very knowledgeable HVAC professional. Our furnace stopped working and Willie was able to fix it same day and give us amazing information about how to increase the performance of our HVAC system. Willie installed a whole home humidifier for us and was kind enough to point out some issues with our newly installed HVACR system from a bug company in town that didn’t have much attention to detail to help us save on some costs. Willie is wonderful, very prompt, does great work, goes over everything, is efficient and did everything at the best price I could find in town. Very kind gentleman and even checked in a few days later to make sure everything was working to our liking. 5/5 stars!!!
