LEI Home Enhancements

We worked with LEI to replace our home's windows. They were responsive, helpful, quick, and courteous. While I admit I remain slightly confused about the relationship among LEI, Alside, and the installation contractor, everything with communication, scheduling, and installation was smooth, and everyone we met along the way was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. It was just over 2 months from estimate to installation complete, and that includes the time for custom ordering the windows. Our dog managed to run through the screen door on the new patio door within 8 hours, but I emailed that night and by 9am the next morning, I had 2 emails and a phone call with a resolution. I anticipate we will use LEI again when we're ready to replace the siding in the future.

We had windows and patio door installed in April 2019. The installation crew was super respectful of our property and home and did such a nice job cleaning up after themselves. It took them less than 2 days to complete the job. We had an unfortunate situation where one of our windows cracked in September 2019. The warranty was the real deal though. I called, they had it ordered in minutes, window came in sooner than expected. The installation of the new window from the door bell ringing to me saying goodbye was less than 5 minutes. Super easy and great customer service. Highly recommend.

We had all of our windows and a patio door replaced. We can already tell a difference since there are no more drafts. Can't wait to see how much improved our heating costs will be. The crew that came out was very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. During the whole process we were kept up to date about what to expect next. When I was called informing me the windows were done, the crew was able to come out same day! They stayed late to finish in one day instead of having to come back (and me taking off another day of work). I recommend this company to anyone looking to have windows, doors, etc.
