From the initial representative to the crew that put in the windows throughout my house, I am very pleased with LEI. The deal I got to replace the majority of windows was astonishing and thus far I am so happy with how the windows look, how much draft has been eliminated and my heat setting not having to be as high. I appreciated the crew leader being very upfront and noticing a pair of screens were too small and is already in the process of having them replaced at no extra cost. I would certainly recommend this service and feel like it's an investment in my home

We had all of our windows and a patio door replaced. We can already tell a difference since there are no more drafts. Can't wait to see how much improved our heating costs will be. The crew that came out was very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. During the whole process we were kept up to date about what to expect next. When I was called informing me the windows were done, the crew was able to come out same day! They stayed late to finish in one day instead of having to come back (and me taking off another day of work). I recommend this company to anyone looking to have windows, doors, etc.

LEI replaced our 20-year-old 2-pane rotten wood windows with beautiful 3-pane woodgrain vinyl windows! They are absolutely beautiful and they look like real wood and match our existing wood trim beautifully! They helped us select slide windows instead of the casement crank windows we had, to save on costs. Before, I was so embarrassed by our rotten wood windows, and the mold had me concerned for my family's health. But not anymore!! I am also so pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the LEI team, our salesman Mark especially, who took the time to find out exactly what we wanted and gave us very helpful recommendations. He was also very easy to communicate with and real down-to-earth, with no pushy sales tactics. The team of installers were quick and they were able to work while my family was at home. Overall, I highly recommend LEI Home Enhancements!
