LEI Home Enhancements

Our experience with LEI home Enhancement was great from beginning to end. The rep that visited our home was very detailed in explaining the differences between materials used and business practices within the window industry. We were impressed with the fact that they do not subcontract their installations. The second person to come out and get exact measurements was also very professional. There were 6 windows being replaced and we wanted them to match replacements done many years prior by a different company. LEI has lots of options. The windows were completed 3 weeks earlier than expected but we scheduled the install later to suit our needs without any problem . Steve was our installer. He was right on time for his appointment, quick ,clean, polite, and was very knowledgeable about questions I had. The trim we had picked out didn't match our older trim because of the age and fading. We worked with LEI to replace our home's windows. They were responsive, helpful, quick, and courteous. While I admit I remain slightly confused about the relationship among LEI, Alside, and the installation contractor, everything with communication, scheduling, and installation was smooth, and everyone we met along the way was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. It was just over 2 months from estimate to installation complete, and that includes the time for custom ordering the windows. Our dog managed to run through the screen door on the new patio door within 8 hours, but I emailed that night and by 9am the next morning, I had 2 emails and a phone call with a resolution. I anticipate we will use LEI again when we're ready to replace the siding in the future.

My husband and I were referred to LEI from a friend, and I will admit we were skeptical at first. Our friend had the windows installed on his house, and I got to play around with them. From the first intro to the installation, we were really impressed! Our installer answered all of our questions and was so efficient! We did have a little manufacturer defect on one of our sashes, but the customer service representatives were quick to get new ones on order and installed right away. Our windows were original to the house, and let me tell you these are AMAZING! I will definitely refer my friends and family to LEI. Thank you all for being so fabulous!
