Taylor from RJI did a comprehensive review of our roof and found hail damage that our insurance provider reviewed and agreed to cover replacement costs. Originally my insurance claim was denied by my insurance. Some of my neighbors where working with RJI Professionals and they all got approved. Figured id see if they could help me out with my claim. James ended up coming to my home and getting necessary photos to prove to my insurance that a hail storm did hit my home. We ended up getting a 2nd adjuster out to my property and it ended up getting approved. The installers did a pretty good job! I had one issue but they came back and fixed it. Thank you RJI.
