James is amazing to work with. He made the whole claim process easy with great accuracy and followed up along the way to ensure things were on schedule and to make sure we were satisfied. James should be rewarded well for his efforts. The roof installers and project manager did an amazing job and clean-up was spectacular. One minor issue reported to James which will be addressed ASAP. I was worried about my roof after a recent hailstorm, so I contacted RJI for a free estimate. Taylor and Calvin were very responsive and came out the next day to assess the damage. They were thorough, kind, and honest, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. Even though they didn't find any damage this time, I was so impressed with their service that I'm already planning to use them for any future roof repairs. James is great to work with, knowledgeable, professional, caring to your needs. Unfortunately we didn’t get approved for the roof replacement, but I blame insurance company for that.
