Originally my insurance claim was denied by my insurance. Some of my neighbors where working with RJI Professionals and they all got approved. Figured id see if they could help me out with my claim. James ended up coming to my home and getting necessary photos to prove to my insurance that a hail storm did hit my home. We ended up getting a 2nd adjuster out to my property and it ended up getting approved. The installers did a pretty good job! I had one issue but they came back and fixed it. Thank you RJI. Great company! James was great to deal with, very professional and educated my wife and I throughout the whole insurance claim process after we received hail damage.
