Air went out on Sunday night, left a late night message and called at 7 when they opened and they already had us scheduled for 8:30. Ours is in the attic, so it's hot up there and Charles performed service and thorough preventive maintenance, had us cooling off by 10. Warren answered the phone when I called and gave me a two hour window. The repair person was there 30 minutes into the window. He was professional, made the repair in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. I will definitely call again!
