I am in search of a home in Madison from across the country. I can't fly to Madison every time something comes on the market that I am genuinely interested in. So I work with James. He coordinates with the agent or the home owner to conduct an inspection. In one case, he even provided a semi-detailed estimate on the installation of a laundry room. He performs a really comprehensive walk-through and inspection (from a contractor's perspective) and provides his take on the property. His written report includes many photos. It's perfect. As a result of this great experience with James, and the information that it has provided me along the way, from now on, I will choose to do this even if I am able to view a home in person. I can't wait to have the opportunity to work with Westring when I make home improvements and renovations to whatever home I buy in Madison.

James arranged and managed a major structural repair project on our 90 year old house. The project entailed removal and replacement of a major structural steel beam which had failed. All details and schedules were very detailed and adhered to. Project was completed on time, on budget and without major damage to the structure. James and his team were excellent to work with. We worked with them for finishing our entire basement. They did the design work, picked materials, and all the construction. The team was professional, kept the work site clean daily, communication was excellent and they stayed on timeline and budget. They helped us match the existing finishes in our home so it felt continuous and I would definitely recommend Westring Construction!
