This review is overdue, but we highly recommend Ganser for custom window replacement. We had a large leaky window in our great room that we had attempted to have repaired over several years. Marc Ganser came to our house to measure and advise us on what size/type of replacement might be best. The custom window looks beautiful and has held up for several years with no leaks. Marc himself is a top notch guy who delivered excellent service!

I called Ganser to get advice for what to do about leaks into the house that occurred during two big storms this summer. The workers who came identified the problem and then told me that they recommended that I NOT have it repaired: The fix would be costly and probably not necessary because the leaking is unlikely to recur. I am very grateful for this truthful opinion.
