We were having water in our solar tube skylights and thought the roof portion had been damaged after a hailstorm. Marc Ganser came out to check on it and quickly determined that it was just condensation. (Turns out we were running our humidifier too close to it. Oops...) Marc patiently showed us how to clean out the tunnel and even looked at another area of the house that we are hoping to do renovations on soon. We were not charged for his visit! He comes across as a genuine person and we will definitely be using his company for future projects.

I called Ganser to get advice for what to do about leaks into the house that occurred during two big storms this summer. The workers who came identified the problem and then told me that they recommended that I NOT have it repaired: The fix would be costly and probably not necessary because the leaking is unlikely to recur. I am very grateful for this truthful opinion.

After being told by another roofing company that our attic was full of mold and our roof needed to be replaced immediately, we called Ganser for a second opinion. Marc Ganser was happy to look over our attic and roof, and determined that there was no mold and that our roof would last several more years. On top of that, he offered up several tips for improving air flow in our house and weatherproofing our attic. We were very impressed with Ganser's professionalism and their willingness to give us a second opinion, despite the fact that there turned out to be no immediate need for a project. When it comes time to actually replace our roof Ganser will be our first call.
