Air Solutions responded to our call over the long holiday weekend - when quite a few other companies did not even bother to call back. That's their FIRST gold star! Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful - explaining in layman's terms what was wrong and how he was able to make a temporary fix. SECOND gold star - not talking down to the HVAC illiterate! THIRD gold star for being able to make a PERMANENT fix within 24 hours of the temporary fix. Air Solutions and Brian! THANK YOU! FIVE GOLD stars simply for BEING THERE when we needed them! Air Solutions is replacing my 33-year-old furnace, and I honestly couldn't be happier to have them do it. Brian and Kevin are super knowledgeable about the work that they do, and at every step walked me through what was going on and what needed to happen to get me up and running for the winter. They talked to me like an adult, and were honest throughout the entire process. Ultimately we had to pull the trigger on a replacement, but they've put their best effort into keeping that expense at bay for the years I've had them handle annual checkups, so I fully trust that they're operating in my best interest now.
