Kyle N was the guy who came out and gave me a quote, then came back to do the job. We moved the sink ourselves to save money. The pipe was galvanized and corroded. Kyle N diligently tried several ways to clean the threads of the sewer pipe to avoid having to cut a hole in the wall to cut out a section of the sewer pipe. He was able to finally get the threads to work with the PVC pipe, put in new valves and hoses for me, and got my sink working for the first time in two decades! Excellent service from scheduling to completion. Theo (technician) arrived by 9:30 a.m, secured s custom Kohler unit with a shorter rough-in distance than normal after checking with several suppliers, removed an existing unit and installed a new one that required a different flange.
