Blau Sudden Service

Had a leak from kitchen sink that was going down to the basement. Called around roughly 15 plumbing businesses, no one was able to come. Blau Sudden service was able to help and respond. Prior to the technician arriving I received a courtesy call to give me a estimated time of arrival. Kyle who was the technician was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He assessed the situation and was able to provide a quote. The job was completed in a timely manner. Kyle cleaned the serviced area after he was complete. Theo was knowledgeable about the issue, did a full inspection of our plumbing situation and gave me a realistic estimate regarding what it would take to get our old house in fully working order, but also knew how to fix the immediate concern with our low hot water pressure for a much lower price. He helped me fully understand the issue at hand and reconcile it at an affordable rate. Learned a lot from him in the process. Couldn’t be happier with the service he and his apprentice provided.

Blau was available same day, and Cass arrived on time as scheduled! His work ethic is unmatched. Not only did he solve our plumbing issue with our toilet (and it was an ugly scene), he stayed late into the night to confirm it was addressed, and at one point involved his leader to assist on-site. I so appreciated his perseverance and intellect, he was also incredibly friendly and informative the entire time. I couldn’t say enough about Cass and Blau. Thank you!
