Mike Ingrilli Plumbing LLC

Mike came over to look at a job, so I could get an estimate. I never received a call back from Mike or his assistants following our meeting. I reached out more than 5 times to get a call back in a span of several months. Every time his assistants said he would call me back that day and it never happened. Finally I called one last time. Was told he would finally get me a quote. Quote finally came in way overpriced just to get me to stop calling. I get that plumbers are busy and do not want to take smaller jobs on, but have the decency to say that instead of not answering and over quoting.

I had plumbers from Mike Ingrilli visit my home on 2 occasions in the past year. The first was to discover the source of blockage in my basement toilet/shower (rocks deposited in the pipe from a waterproofing project). The second was to remove the rocks. Both times the plumbers were on time, professional, and performed their work with precision and efficiency. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up when they were finished.
