We had Burkhardt install a new furnace last December. Thought everything was okay until it got hot this spring and turned the air conditioning on. It didn't work. Turns out a step or two was missed in the install process back in December. Elliot was dispatched to our house. He figured out almost immediately what was wrong, apologized on behalf of his coworker who screwed up, and fixed the issue within an hour. Fixing someone else's mistake and being graceful and polite about the experience is becoming an increasingly rare trait. I'm really grateful to have Elliot and Burkhardt on our short list of "people who can fix stuff in our house, are good people, and aren't ridiculously priced". Wrote the wrong size $40 furnace filter on the door of the filter. PVC pipes through foundation poorly sealed/patched and not capped at the end.
