HVAC technician Mike was here this morning to install a new line to a remodelled/updated, previously unheated room. He was punctual, professional and thorough. The price was reasonable and the work excellent. Service: HVAC duct & vent installation
Rudy Uttke & Sons saved our summer! Our A/C broke in the midst of a heatwave, and Patti and Jen made sure a member of their team came out to assess it ASAP. The team went above and beyond to determine the issue and then review our warranty (we were unsure as it was purchased by a previous homeowner) and discovered we were still under warranty! This saved us a few thousand dollars. They installed the new part as soon as it came in. We are no longer “sweating” ;) this unexpected repair and are thankful for this rockstar business. Uttke and Sons did a great job on my property. They installed two new mini-split systems and a new air conditioner as well. The service was prompt, professional and reasonably priced.
