I am so glad that I contacted Knauer...The hose from our kitchen sink faucet began leaking. Your employee Jordan noted that our hot water outpour was also very thin. We discussed and I decided to buy a new faucet...it was installed. AND the hot water Outpour was back to normal!!!! We highly recommend Knauer Plumbing as they have completely redone the plumbing in our old home from all new copper piping to new kitchen sink, dishwasher, basement shower, and two bathrooms. Buzz is knowledgeable and did a very neat job of the plumbing. We have enjoyed working with him as he is pleasant and easy to have around. This summer a new furnace installation went smoothly. (We didn't tell them that this new furnace actually cost $500 less than the one did 21 years ago). The furnace we had before was actually oversized and Kevin was very careful to calculate the size of the new furnace. Kevin had the air conditioning working on the first day of a two day installation. He is professional with clear communication and answered all my many questions. It is always a pleasure to work with Knauer, our neighborhood plumbing company. We have referred neighbors to Knauer and they have always been pleased.
