Used them a few times. However, when my kitchen sink backed up to my tub, the plumber who came out cracked a pipe and tried charging me to repair it. I refused to pay for it and they took it off the bill. Now I'm on the "Do not Service" list...which is fine. There are a slew of great plumbing companies out there. Viking is not one of them. My basement started flooding in late afternoon on Feb 3rd. I googled "plumbers:. I called 3 plumbers who had no availability for an emergency call. Finally, I called Viking. They were at my house within 30 minutes. and unclogged a nasty sewer line. The gentlemen that arrived were really nice and helpful. VIKING should be your first call!!. It will be mine from now on.
