My need to call Prime Electric was the result of a poor job done by another HVAC/ Electrician company. This was my first time using Prime Electric and I was really happy with the overall experience. Troy was great to talk to over the phone and very responsive to returning my call to set up specifics. I worked with Jason and thought that he did a great job. Jason was on time, well-trained, knowledgeable, and personable and willing to talk me through his findings and any questions that I had. There was a small miscommunication error wherein the first time, they didn't bring the correct ladder and had to reschedule for another day to bring a lift. I wasn't charged for labor or travel for the first day and would like to voice my appreciation at how competitive their lift charges are. Prime Electric owns it's own lift and charges far less than most other companies that have to sub-rent a lift for the job.
