Female, first time home owner here and the panic set in when I saw water coming up from the basement floor drain on a Sunday of all days. I called around to a few places with no answer. That was until James picked up and told me he could be at my home within 30 minutes. He was very informative and showed me the root of the problem (pun intended) *sigh*. He cleared my clog and mentioned a few things I should follow up on. I didn’t feel talked down to or taken advantage of. 10/10 will definitely call them in the future should any issues arise. Cheap but so a professional! I paid $300 cash which is cheaper than all other Sewer cleaners. If you're looking a professionaly a job done don't hire them. The same issue after couple of days. Don't recommend

In and out in 20 minutes! We had a clogged tub, and they came out during a super busy day when other folks were dealing with flooded basements, so we appreciate that. (Hope everyone else got sorted out as well!) They were also able to clear it without cutting the pipes like a previous plumber had done. Awesome job, thank you!
