Asap Sewer & Drain Cleaning LLC

I have been waiting three days to hear back from this company. The gentlemen that cleaned the sewer assured me there was no extra charge for running the camera. The next day I find out they charged me $175 for a service I specifically said many times I didn’t want done if it was going to charge me extra money. I also haven’t received an invoice yet and it’s been 4 days. They are refusing to call me back after leaving many voicemails. Do not contact this company for their services. They will lie to you about their charges and fees and overcharge you.

Service was performed for Traci Tomko…..and the young man Alec did a superb job! He was exceptionally courteous, polite, extremely knowledgeable, helpful in explaining problem and process. 0 stars. They will charge you 450$$ no matter what. Do not sign anything! 50$ is for truck maintenance. When does a customer pay for the companies equipment? And if you seen this truck they need to be investigated because someone is pocketing this money!
