Called when they opened and came to the house within an hour of my call. Kitchen sink plugged up and Todd came in and cleared clogged completely and efficiently. Did this cleanly in about an hours time. Very Happy with the results. Thanks Todd and Drucks! Service: Drain cleaning

The service was good. The value of the faucet was outrageously expensive (over $500 vs exact model less than $105 elsewhere). I asked for approximate cost of the faucet when I scheduled the job and they refused to give me any information stating that it depends on which faucet I choose. When the plummer arrived, he had only ONE type with him and anything else would have to be special ordered. I asked if I could get one and I was informed that there would be an additional service fee to come back. Not happy at all with the tactics used. Service: Faucet installation

A/C unit went out all of a sudden. I called at 8pm and they connected me with their service tech who was willing to come out that night to take a look at my unit. I told them that was unnecessary and so they came right away the next morning. Service tech did not try to sell me anything and explained everything amazing. Ended up not being able to fix my unit as it was 27 years old. We went over options and suggested the cheapest route would work best for me. 2 days later they were here and installed new AC unit and everything is working great. Would recommend to anyone at least on the AC unit side. Office and service tech were some of the best I have ever encountered (I bought the Goodman AC unit and they have 18 month 0% interest through greensky, which is what I went with).
