Central Temp was able to repair our A/C after two other local companies could not. Central Temp understood the electrical components of our system in an intelligent way that others did not.
I needed repairs on my thermastore heat pump water heater and I explained exactly what was needed for the repair. The guy on the phone said no problem. The technician showed up with no equipment so he was unable to do the repair. He left and left me with a $100 service charge and threatened court if I didn't pay. Never dealt with them again.
