I called this company to come fix my air conditioner. The guy was rude from the moment he walked in. He looked at my ac and furnace and said they need to be replaced. I was like how much do you think that will cost. He was like ballpark 10000 dollars. Then they charged me 78 for nothing. Just to tell me I needed a new one. I feel robbed. Don’t use this company. I promise you can find cheaper more friendly people to get the job done. I will not recommend to anyone. In fact I will make sure to tell everyone I know to make sure they go to anyone but this company. That’s why I’m writing this to help people not get scammed by this company like I did.

Central Temp was able to repair our A/C after two other local companies could not. Central Temp understood the electrical components of our system in an intelligent way that others did not.

Called about my furnace having issue with heating. The person on the phone told me no problem and will have someone check it out. I asked if they do any repair I would like to know first before hand. Guy told me they wouldn't do anything before getting my okay. The technician came and did some test and left. Didn't let me know what they did. Later got a bill charged for things I didn't even approve to get done. Sametime, my furnace wasn't even fix. Called them about the issue and they acted like they didn't know anything but still wanted me to pay the bill. I told them that they told me they wouldn't do anything before taking with me. They guy on the phone acted so clueless even though he was the same guy who I talked to. After the long dispute, he finally changed the amount. He even asked me if that was the correct amount. How do you not know your own service charge. HORRIBLE!!!! Never calling them again.
