Salesman was prompt and gave me an honest and concise overview of my options. The financing people were able to accommodate my unique situation where I paid 2/3 up front and the last 1/3 when the install was finished. The people who scheduled the install worked around my summer vacation schedule and got the install done in a morning. The install itself was painless, the crew was professional and quick, and they were thorough with the walk-around after install. My fiberglass roof looks just like a traditional roof. I'm happy with the 30 year warranty as well and highly recommend working with Erie.

Installation crew was on time, professional, and efficient. I have never had better service from a contractor. The site was yaroed during the work, cleaned up well when the job was done, and the crew used magnets to assure no nails were left in the work area and landscaping. Could not be happier with the job they did and the way I was treated. Minimal impact on my life, as the entire job was done in 7 hours, including removal of the existing roof. Would recommend highly! The sales representatives were very friendly and helpful with any and all of the questions we had. They did an outstanding job installing the roof and cleaning everything up when they were done. We are extremely happy with them.
