In short, the company does not provide as prompt response as you would think. I would recommend saving money and going local. A roof worth $2800 is not worth it. Mostly to cover their advertising. Quality will be the same if you go local. They all contract non-English speaking workers. Just no onsite supervisors with Erie. I requested a refund fo a deposit on a project that was not yet started and have not received an adequate response. Save yourself time and money folks. It pays to go local with recognized roofers.
Install when great. 4 stars for failed promised communication. Understanding it was due to manager changes. However communication was failed in multiple ways. Install crew was not told a out removal of satellite dish and was going to leave it hang from my house. Down graded to 3 stars as we just got the information how to pay. The loan is unable to be paid for by web. Mail or call only. Way outdated.
The overall experience was very good. We had a complete tear off and replaced boards. Everyone was professional and respectful. Our only issue was with the cleanup, we found 200 nails in our yard. Otherwise good experience. Service: Roof installation
