Salesman was prompt and gave me an honest and concise overview of my options. The financing people were able to accommodate my unique situation where I paid 2/3 up front and the last 1/3 when the install was finished. The people who scheduled the install worked around my summer vacation schedule and got the install done in a morning. The install itself was painless, the crew was professional and quick, and they were thorough with the walk-around after install. My fiberglass roof looks just like a traditional roof. I'm happy with the 30 year warranty as well and highly recommend working with Erie.

We live in NE Wisconsin, had a sales crew come by knocking on doors in the town we live. Stated their office is in Neenah and trying to expand to different areas with their service. So we sign for a free estimate. Went by good, we agreed to move forward on procedures for a new roof with the financing they offered, the loan comes and we don't like the high rate. So we ask the Sales people to be patient and give us time to find a different finance option They get super pushy on trying to close the deal, saying "You can always take out another loan to replace this one." Feeling like they're trying to bait us into making them money, we decline the offer completely. Lost a certain amount of money from down payment (non-refundable) But feels like we missed a bullet, lesson learned. Would not recommend at all. They gave us honest and complete quote, educated us on products and helped us with the finance aspects! These two gentlemen are the reason we decided to go with Erie! I’m excited to get the roofing installation started!
