I have tried to get a hold of Chris for the past two weeks. All I get is lady answering the phone, with no calls back as to a job I have. It has been very exhausting, especially because I have a home for sale. I wanted to use CR because of the high ratings. I will NEVER call this business again. FORGET IT. So disrespectful taking a name and two numbers down numerous times over a two week period, and no call back. Thanks, but no thanks. Very unreliable.

The electrician Marco came to the house 20 minutes late. He didn't apologize. He went to and from his truck (6)+ times on the phone the entire time. He stood by the door didn't knock. All on video surveillance. He came in and knew he was supposed to demo an old BX, install new gage wiring, new switch and chandelier. He spent 45 minutes of observing, before he concluded that this was a 8 hour job. He was alotted 5 hours and left. The owner wife Heidi was phoned and she was soo rude, hostile, ignorant and told me that I cancelled, when in fact I did not. The electrician Marco was unprofessional, and lied. Additionally, he appeared to have no experience in installation of new wiring and had a difficult time understanding something already explained before he came. This company owner should watch his electricians and actually come over to see what kind of staff he is working with, dishonest, rude and hostile. When I wrote to reschedule no reply. After having a hard time finding a good, reasonable electrician in the Milwaukee area for our new home, we were recommended to CR Electric by family friends. Kim was very friendly on the phone when I called and squeezed us in as soon as possible. The electrician was very friendly and extremely efficient. In and out in about an hour and asked to fix another issue he ran into while fixing our original issue while he was there! We will definitely be saving their number and giving them a call whenever we need electrical work done! Thank you!
