Referred by family and friends. Stramowski's were always available to help out when needed. They installed a furnace and AC this past summer. Very happy with the he technicians. Satisfied? Yes, definitely satisfied. They put in a new AC and furnace for me a couple of years ago in 90+ heat. It only took a couple of hours. If I need any HVAC services in the future I'll call Stramowski.
I have been using Stramowski Heating for about 10 years. The first time I used them my furnace went out on Thanksgiving. I got home late with my 5 year old son and it wss 52 degrees in the house! I waited to call until the morning thinking they would charge me more for a holiday/ after hours service call. Boy was i wrong. They don't do that, it is just a regular service fee. This is my second home now and I wouldn't call anyone else to fix/ maintain my furnace. I have central air in this house and I will be calling in the spring for maintenance on that too.
