Called Oak Creek Heating and Cooling and received a rapid response not only to the phone call but they managed to come out shortly to take care of the issue, because when heat goes out you can't stay without it for days. Jason was extremely helpful with a walk through over the phone with my husband, Kevin when our boiler wasn't working. He said he would send someone out the next day to look at. The next day , Jason shows up (Awesome! ) to take a look at the boiler. He went the extra mile checking out details on an old school radiant heat system. I called oak creek heating and cooling because my air conditioning unit was leaking water on the furnace. They came out promptly and fixed the leaking. He offered a temporary fix but a new unit was needed. I decided to go with a new unit because the old one was over 25 yrs old. The price was reasonable and he came out on Friday and the new installation was set for Monday. This was all on Fourth of July weekend. On Monday they were on time and did a wonderful job. He also fixed a banging I mentioned when the furnace and air goes off. I highly recommend this company.
