We have not had hot water for a week, thry do not communicate about parts or when service will be completed. Horrible business, never again Service: Water heater repair
I can't say enough good things. They were extremely responsive, have a great price, professional, and thorough. They came all the way out to my area for a warranty claim which was denied and I ended up paying out of pocket. If I was in the Milwaukee area, I would use them all the time.
