For several years I've needed to replace the thermostat that came with my 1927 house. My heating company insisted that no modern thermostat as small as mine could be found, and quoted prices of $3000 and up for a replacement that would involve breaking walls. Baquero's technician actually looked at the small space available for mounting, found something suitable -- I had insisted all along that I wanted a simple version that allowed me to set and read the house temperature -- installed it rapidly, and charged me almost nothing compared to the other quote.
