Terrible service! Dan was not knowledgeable regarding our system setup and still performed service that made no change and we ended up with HIGHER energy bills! Dan had the worst follow up of any professional we've ever dealt with. Only after complaining a number of times that there was no change in our systems performance, he then decided to get an expert to come look at it and discovered that he actually didn't know what he was talking about, and we needed a whole new system! He only agreed to refund a portion of the money we paid him if we spent another $13,000 with this other company to change our system! We had to continue to reach out to him to get this refund as his sense of urgency is non-existent. He also stated that he would refund the difference in energy bills which never happened! I am so pleased with the work Home Energy Solutions did on my home recently. My upstairs was freezing in the winter and unbearable during the heat. Dan thoroughly assessed the house top to bottom and explained his findings clearly and thoroughly. He recommended sensible enhancements. His crew was very professional and careful. They finished on time, below budget and positioned me for future energy savings. My upstairs is very comfortable now and my air conditioning runs a lot less. We had Dan come out and do an energy audit on our house and then take care of some insulation needs. I can't say enough great things about Dan and his work. He was responsive, dependable, thorough, and professional throughout it all. He's very knowledgeable and passionate about his work and was willing to take the time to answer questions and make sure all our needs were met. Thanks Dan! We're looking forward to warmer floors :)
