Got totally ripped off. Hired them to replace vent fans in a horse barn. They said they could do it. Made me right a check for $125 on first visit for taking a picture of the fan motor. Said they would be back as soon as the motors came in . That was May 5 it's now July 18. Every time I called no body had a clue as to what was going on. Cancelled order today.
Chris was on time and communicated well both before and during appointment. He was knowledgeable and listened well and patiently responded to my many questions. He was cautious and careful in his work. I like that he wore a uniform to clearly identify himself.
When I found myself without a/c late at night I appreciated that I could schedule an appointment online right away outside of normal business hours and then their appointment confirmation the next morning. My repairman, Mike, was also prompt, polite, and professional, and was able to get my a/c running again in under an hour and a half with a replacement part from his van.
