Excellent Service! We have partnered with Service Specialists for over 14 years for all our maintenance and HVAC replacement needs. They are very knowledgeable, courteous and professional and always resolve any issue we have in a timely matter. Service Specialists is a company we highly recommend and they are one of the few companies on our preferred vendor list.

I was surprised to see negative reviews here because I had a very good experience with Service Specialists this past winter. My 40 year old furnace was dying due to a bad gas valve and when my furnaced stopped running on December 30th I called their after hours number at 4:30am. They offered to page someone but also offered to dispatch one of their normal morning staff at regular rates, so I was still able to get someone out to my house before 8am at normal rates! They were able to get the gas valve loosened up so I could have heat and then they came back and installed a new power-vented furnace on New Years Eve. For two trips, a new gas furnace, plus installation (including cutting new exhaust holes and sealing off an old chimney) I paid less than $2,800. For reference, it's a 1,050 sq ft single story ranch home with a basement so I didn't need anything huge, but when I can't easily find a comparable deal.
