It's the Friday before Christmas Eve, and the temps are well below 0 with the Bomb Cyclone bringing its Glory! I get home from work and my wife is in her winter coat and I come in already cold. I go to turn the thermostat up thinking she is conserving energy and it reads 58. Something is wrong! I check the usual stuff and realize I'm in over my head with the furnace. We call HoneyCreek and they can have a guy out before the end of day. We get a call from Jim saying he is running half hour early and is it OK to be early...LOL it's 54 Yes Please!. Jim quickly narrows down what it is, pressure switch is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced. He runs out to the part supplier and is back and we have heat within 2 hours. Another great part, Jim was the guy you hope to have come out, personable, talked me through what was going on, humble and happy! While he was out getting the parts I had called the office to make payment arrangements and they were accommodating of my requests.

They came and repaired or furnace on very late notice on Dec 23rd when temps outside reached below 0°F. Had them replace the whole HVAC system the following week and they did a great job.
