Mr. Wilde had put in a water heater for us, back in '16. We were very pleased with the job he did!!! And he even went the "extra mile", and did some extra things for us, that we hadn't even asked to be done!!! ( you just don't find that kind of service, much, today!!!) So, when we needed work done on our shower and kitchen sink, we called, "Mike", again. He had put his business # on the water heater. Again, same great service as before!!! He is pleasant, professional and very knowledgable!! He had come over to look at the job and give us an idea of the $$. When he was all done with the job, the total was pleasantly under what he had initially quoted!!! (Again, how many times do you see that happen in today's world??!?) First time I've used this service. Called first thing Monday AM and Mike was able to fit me in to his schedule the same day. Called to let me know his ETA in the afternoon and arrived promptly. Went to work immediately. Finished removing an old faucet and installing a new one very quickly. Very professional and courteous. Will call him again without hesitation for any plumbing needs. Had our hot water heater replaced last week. He showed up same morning that I called did a very good job. Also found and fixed an existing problem related to our water softener. Price he charged was reasonable. Would call him again.
