Had Bethke install new furnace and new cental ac unit. Furnace installed went well. Outdoor AC unit was installed by a guy who when I asked him to cover an open spot on my siding he more or less ignored my request. I asked the guy who installed my furnace if he had a small piece of flashing to cover the opening in my siding and he did cut me a piece and gave me a few screws to install myself. After the crew had left I did find and old unused humidifier wire that was left over from the previous ac unit hanging from the ceiling in my basement. Not a huge deal as I just cut it down and removed it but it should have gotten done by the install crew. If I had to do it over again I would have went with Warren Heating and AC which is close to my home. They will get the service calls going forward as I’m not too won over on what I seen from the Bethke crew. Services: Heating system installation, Install AC

Our A/C went out on the holiday! Concerned with the cost, we made the call anyway. John promptly called back, let us know he’d be there in 10 minutes. He came in, set the expectation, and solved our issue in less than 20 minutes. He also checked and replaced our filter!! He was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, service oriented and friendly!!
