After calling several places and struggling to get someone to look at our issue quickly, I called Krantz and they sent someone later that day. The technician was nice and had the problem resolved promptly. We’ll use them again!
I had a tricky situation at one of the Associations I manage that involved hardwired battery back up smoke detectors in the Unit. Krantz made a difficult repair much easier with great communication, even while on site during the repair and great follow up.
