Burton Plumbing is a company that PB has been using for close to 2 decades... they are everything you would like out a contractor, they are fair priced, do super quality work and have a great attitude. I would highly recommend them. Do NOT use Burton Plumbing! We used them several times and were always pleased. Unfortunately, the plumber that had done all of the work for us previously, is no longer employed by them. They sent a new plumber to replace a garbage disposal and faucet at our request. After multiple issues with installation (breaking a nut that took two hours to get off on our dime, then installing the faucet incorrectly) the owner refused to take care of the situation properly and blamed the improper installation on the faucet. On top of that he ran to the bank with our check and was extremely rude to us. He didn’t care one bit that we were repeat customers who never had a complaint. Now we have to call another plumber to fix the problem that Burton Plumbing caused originally, because we are not going to pay them more money to fix a problem they caused. By the time the issue is fixed it will have cost us $1,000 for a project that should have been far less. Do not use Burton Plumbing! Services: Faucet
